Fans often vibrate during operation. What causes this phenomenon? It should be analyzed from the following different aspects.

    1. The fan wheel itself is defective. The most common situation is that the impeller itself is unbalanced. The imbalance of the impeller itself is caused by deformed or changed parts of the impeller, or some parts are loose. It may also be due to the wear of the impeller due to unevenness. On the other hand, during the operation of the fan, many solid particles will pass through the impeller, causing deformation or imbalance of the impeller. In addition, parts that are not original will cause the weight of the fan impeller to be biased. There is also the quality of the impeller, the unevenness of the material itself, and the error in the accuracy, which will cause the imbalance of the fan impeller.

    2. The matching design of the main shaft and the impeller of the fan is unreasonable, and the gap between them has a certain distance, which causes the fan to vibrate during operation.

    3. The main shaft of the fan is deformed or even bent, so that the impeller is not balanced when rotating, causing vibration when the fan is running.

    4. The fixed frame and foundation of the fan are not rigid, or sturdy and not reliable, even the steel plate of the foundation is relatively weak, there is no solid foundation, the shim is relatively loose, or there is displacement, these conditions will cause the vibration of the fan, in addition If the anchor bolts are loose, vibration will occur.

    5. The foundation of the fan sinks or tilts, or even cracks in the foundation, which will affect the operation of the fan and cause the fan to vibrate.

    6. When installing the unit, the staff's negligence caused low levelness, affected the operation of the rotor, and caused the biased operation of the fan.

    7. The installation of fans by non-professionals, or the insufficient technical level of professionals, will often cause the center dollar of the coupling to be aligned, and there will be a large deviation, which affects the normal operation of the fan.

    8. The gap between the impeller and the collector of the fan is relatively small, there is friction, or the gap between them is not uniform enough, causing the vibration of the fan.

    9. Some dust or impurities blocked the conveying medium channel, and even caused the accumulation of dirt inside the channel, and the appearance of rust, which affected the operation of the fan and caused the vibration of the fan.
