Civil Litigation and the difference between Arbitration and Mediation

Posted by nike jackson
Civil cases that deal with the disputes of two-person or any two institutions in the civil court of law come under civil litigation. Thus civil litigation is the legal process that does not involve criminal charges or penalties, in fact, it only deals with the non-criminal dispute in which the plaintiff files the case for compensation or other damages from the defendant. Litigators are the lawyer or the attorneys having specialization in civil litigation, who represent the plaintiff or the defendant in the whole process.
