How To Cook The Best Grass Fed Beef
Cooking grass fed beef can be a little more difficult than cooking regular beef. With that being said, there are some tips and tricks you can use to cook the best-tasting grass fed beef. Here's what we recommend. Start with a skillet on medium heat and add oil for flavor. Add your meat and sear both sides of it so it has browned edges and is cooked through the center. Take the meat out of the pan and put it in an oven-safe dish (glass or ceramic) with ½ cup of water, cover, then bake at 350°F for 45 minutes. This will give you tender, flavorful grass fed beef as well as keep any moisture from evaporating away while baking!
